The live arrival guarantee only applies if you obtain the animal(s) from the hub within 2 hours of the “available for pickup” time stamp, unless otherwise stated and agreed on. We only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for priority overnight with fedex. Home shipping voids the live arrival guarantee. The health of our babies and getting them to you is our top priority.
